Processing Time 

Our current processing time is listed at the top of our website’s home page. This is the time it takes to prepare your order and does not include shipping time. Timeframes may vary throughout the year depending on busy or slower seasons. If you need your order sooner than the listed processing time, please reach out — we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with a tracking number once your order ships. 

Returns & Cancellation Policy 

Please review our sizing charts and measure your pup before placing your order. Most of our items are handmade and made to order, so returns or cancellations are not guaranteed. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to make it right. Items must be in original, new condition with tags still attached. 

If you received the wrong item or believe your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Return approval is required before sending any items back. 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Shipping 

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, and U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, typically arriving within 1–7 business days (shipping time only). This does not include processing time, which is listed at the time of order. 

Arki Sploot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you in locating them. 

For international orders, Arki Sploot is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duty charges. 

Care & Safety 

Never leave your pet unattended while wearing our products. Supervision is required at all times. This includes bandanas, hair bows, bow ties, and sailor bows. While we take the utmost care to make our products durable and secure, there is always potential for breakage if proper care is not taken.
